We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment.
NEW CLIENTS:
To maximize our time and better serve you, we kindly request that you arrive 15 to 20 minutes early to complete our client intake form.
NEW and CURRENT CLIENTS:
To ensure we can prepare adequately for each client and respect everyone's time, please review our updated cancellation and late arrival policies below:
24-Hour Cancellation Policy. To respect our time and livelihood, Bella Ciao Salon & Spa requires a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule services. Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice or “no-shows” will result in a 50% service fee. Any late cancellations due to testing positive for COVID-19 will require a 2-week waiting period before rebooking, regardless of when a negative test is received.
Late Policy. If you are late to your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, your service time may be reduced out of consideration for our next client. You will still be responsible for the full cost of the original service. If you are more than 15 minutes late or 20% of your appointment time has passed, your appointment may be considered a no-show, and the service fee will apply.
Children and Minors. While we love children, our space and staff are not able to supervise or accommodate them during your service. Please arrange childcare offsite.
